 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. AT LEAST 65 PEOPLE WERE KILLED,AFTER BOKO HARAM ATTACKED A VILLAGE IN BORNO YESTERDAY.

                          At least 65 people were killed during an attack by Islamist militant group Boko Haram near the northeastern city of Maiduguri,a Reuters reporter said after counting bodies at a hospital morgue.The remains of a dozen victims were burnt beyond recognition in yesterday saturday's attack when militants opened fire on residents,set fire to their houses and targeted a crowd with suicide bombers.A Nigerian military spokesman,Colonel Mustapha Ankass,said that Boko Haram militants attacked the community of Dalori,about 5 km {3miles} east of Maiduguri in Borno state.Ankas said insurgents entered Dalori in two cars and on motocycles and opened fire on residents and burned down houses.''While people were running for their dear lives....three female suicide bombers attempted to make their way into the crowd...and subsequently got blown up''.An official of the state emergency agency who was at the scene said there were 12 bodies burnt beyond recognition.We can't even pick those ones,they were seriously burnt'',the official who declined to be named said.One more photo below.
