 Texas woman charged with medical child abuse for falsifying toddler’s health and pushing unnecessary feeding tube surgeries A Texas woman has been charged with medical child abuse after allegedly falsifying her toddler’s medical history to pressure doctors into performing unnecessary procedures, including feeding tube surgeries, in what authorities are calling a “sickening” case. Kaitlyn Rose Laura, 31, faces charges of injury to a child and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Officials said she deliberately misled medical staff about her 3-year-old son’s health to obtain a gastrostomy tube and later a gastrojejunostomy tube, despite no documented medical need. Investigators allege that hospital staff observed the boy eating normally while Laura claimed he refused all food. Covert surveillance confirmed the child was able to eat meals without difficulty, prompting authorities to stop tube feedings. EFCC ARRAIGNED OLISA METUH BEFORE THE F.H.C TODAY,FOR DESTRUCTION OF EVIDENCE.

                      Today thursday,the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission {EFCC} arraigned the National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party {PDP},Olisa Metuh,before the Federal Capital Territory High Court,Abuja,over destruction of evidence in his criminal case.Metuh who is also standing trial for his alleged involvement in the diversion of arms procurement funds,reportedly destroyed the statement he wrote to EFCC operatives during investigation.The PDP spokesman,however pleaded not guilty to the two count charge filed against him./Metuh who was granted bail by a judge at the Federal High Court,Abuja on tuesday is still in prison following his inability to perfect the bail conditions.According to sources,the presiding judge in the fresh case,Justice Ishaq Bello,adjourned the matter till next monday.One more photo below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
