 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country. KANO PILLARS FOOTBALL CLUB,SACKED 10 PLAYERS.

             Idris Malikawa,Media Officer of the Club {Kanu Pillars Football Club} made this known in an interview with NAN on Tuesday in Kano.Malikawa said the 10 player were sacked based on medical ground and poor performance.''The management of the club felt the only way to make headway in the plan to have a goodseason in the NPFL is to weed out 10 aged and unproductive players.This is to make way for new boys that will strengthen the team''.He said the team had already resumed training ahead of this year's campaign,assuring that transfer formalities would be completed on time.He further said that the club would recruit new players to beef up the team in some critical areas''.One more photo below.
