 KADIRS Warns Residents Against Fake Revenue Collectors, Introduces E-Demand Notice As Sole Payment Authorization The Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) has cautioned taxpayers and residents of Kaduna State against making revenue payments without first obtaining an official E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice), warning that fraudsters may exploit outdated payment processes to defraud the public. In a public announcement issued on Thursday, KADIRS said the move forms part of its ongoing efforts to automate revenue collection and enhance transparency across the state.  The agency disclosed that manual demand notices previously used for Local Government revenue collection have been phased out and are no longer recognized. According to KADIRS, the E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice) has officially replaced the former Local Government Harmonized Demand Notice and is now the only valid document for on-the-spot taxpayer assessment through the state's Central Billing System. THE U.S,IS DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED BY RWANDA PRESIDENT'S 3RD TERM NEW YEAR ANNOUNCEMENT

                   According to reuters,the United States is deeply disappointed by Rwandan President Paul Kagame's New Year's announcement that he would seek a third term in 2017.Kagame,who has been president since 2000,has effectively been in control since his rebel force marched into Kigali to end the 1994 genocide.He had been limited to two terms,but Rwanda approved constitutional changes last year that would allow him to stay in power until 2034,if he wins elections.John Kirby,a spokesman for the U.S  State Department,said in a statement late yesterday saturday that ''The United States is deeply disappointed that President Paul Kagame has announced his intention to run for a third term in office''.The United States is a major donor too Rwanda and provides military aid.It has long praised Kagame for transforming the nation since the genocide.One more photo below.
