Activist Salome Danjuma Calls For Calm Over Alleged Kidney Removal Case Involving Kaduna Boy Activist Salome Danjuma has called for calm following reports concerning a young Kaduna boy who allegedly had his kidneys removed without his knowledge at a hospital in Abuja. Danjuma, in a statement, said she had seen a video in which an individual allegedly called on youths from Kaduna State to attack and burn down the hospital reportedly linked to the case. She urged members of the public not to resort to violence, stressing that the incident reportedly occurred in Abuja and not Kaduna State. According to Danjuma, the Nigeria Police Force and the Department of State Services (DSS) are working to identify and arrest those responsible for the alleged threats. She also claimed that Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani had been informed of the matter by the police. According to Spain Ministry of Interior,who confirmed that their police arrested seven people with suspected links to Islamist militant groups today sunday in a dawn raid in the regions of Alicante and Valencia in Spain's north African enclave Ceuta.The ministry said that those arrested were suspected of operating a supply network for Islamist fighters in Syria and Iraq,sending money,guns,computer equipment and material for making explosives in sealed containers under the guise of humanitarian relief.Five of the suspects were Spaniards of Syrian,Jordanian and Moroccan descent and the remaining two were a Syrian and a Moroccan.Police searched homes,businesses and warehouses as part of the operation.Today sunday's arrest was the result of two years on investigation into the ring by authorities.The arrested people had carried out their activities in other European countries before settling in Spain.Spain arrested 102 people with suspected links to Islamist militants last year,more than twice the number arrested in the previous year as police stepped up security measures following attacks in Paris in January 2015.One more photo below.
