DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. According to Spain Ministry of Interior,who confirmed that their police arrested seven people with suspected links to Islamist militant groups today sunday in a dawn raid in the regions of Alicante and Valencia in Spain's north African enclave Ceuta.The ministry said that those arrested were suspected of operating a supply network for Islamist fighters in Syria and Iraq,sending money,guns,computer equipment and material for making explosives in sealed containers under the guise of humanitarian relief.Five of the suspects were Spaniards of Syrian,Jordanian and Moroccan descent and the remaining two were a Syrian and a Moroccan.Police searched homes,businesses and warehouses as part of the operation.Today sunday's arrest was the result of two years on investigation into the ring by authorities.The arrested people had carried out their activities in other European countries before settling in Spain.Spain arrested 102 people with suspected links to Islamist militants last year,more than twice the number arrested in the previous year as police stepped up security measures following attacks in Paris in January 2015.One more photo below.
