Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply. A PLANE CARRYING A DEAD BODY AND MILLIONS OF SOUTH AFRICAN RAND,SEIzED IN zIMBABWE.

cargo planer                          According to CCTV,zimbabwe has seized a plane with millions of South African rand after a dead body was discovered on board.Their Civil Aviation Authority stated that the matter is now being investigated by the police,however added that the Plane owned to the Western Global Airlines,in Florida,United States belonged to the South African Reserve Bank.Pradeep Maharaji,a senior official at the Reserve bank said that ''The South African Reserve Bank {SARB} is aware of an aircraft carrying a SARB consignment that stopped in Harare and was detained following the discovery of an unidentified body that is presumed to be a stowaway on the aircraft''.According to Maharaj,the Reserve Bank is working with zimbabwe authorities to have the cargo released and transported to South Africa.zthe plane was en route to South Africa from Germany before requesting for permission to refuel at zimbabwe's Harare International Airport.One more photo below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
