 Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence. Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken. A POLICEMAN DIED TODAY,DURING A FITNESS TRAINING IN ADO ODO.

                      According to sources,a Deputy Superintendent of Police {DSP} attached to the Ado Odo Divisional Headquarters Ogun state,Mr.Bolade Agboola,slumped and died during a fitness exercise today friday.Agboola,who until his death was the Divisional Crime Officer {DCO} of the station,was said to have gone to a nearby Alamuwa Secondary School compound to join others in physical exercise when he collapsed and passed out.He was rushed to a private hospital where he was confirmed dead by doctors.The deceased,according to close sources,was said to have returned from his home-town in Ekiti State a few days ago after a brief illness.He was said to have been advised by doctors to engage in fitness exercise.The body of the police officer has since been deposited in the mortuary.Another source said ''The incident happened at about 7:50 am yesterday when Agoola went to Alamuwa Secondary School to exercise his body.He met a group of local footballers there and joined them in fitness training during which he suddenly slumped and could not be revived''.One more photo below.
