 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. AT LEAST 52 PEOPLE DIED,AFTER RIOT ERUPTED AT A PRISON IN NORTHERN MEXICO,TODAY.

                        Today thursday about an hour ago according to sources,a riot erupted at a prison in northern Mexico,killing at least 52 people and 12 others injured.The violence at Topo Chico Prison in Monterrey began shortly after midnight,and residents told local news outlets that they had heard explosions and shouting from inside the prison.The death toll,which is believed to include inmate as well as prison guards,could not be confirmed.The government said no prisoners escaped.Soldiers,state police officers  and the Monterrey police surrounded the prison as relatives of the inmates gathered outside to wait for news.The riot was brought under control around 1;30 am Mexico time.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
