 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country. LAGOS STATE GOVT,BANS CARS FROM PARKING ON OPEBI TO ALLEN ROUND ABOUT IN IKEJA,FROM MONDAY.

                                     The Lagos State Government has banned street parking on both sides of the road from Opebi to Allen round about in Ikeja with effect from monday,8th of February 2016.A release by the State Commissioner for transport,Dr. Dayo Mobereola,directed business premises and visitors to the area to endeavour to park their vehicles within their premises or on side streets along the stretch.It warned that any violation of the order will be appropriately charged and sanctioned by the the appropriate Law enforcement agency saddled with the responsibility of ensuring compliance with this directive.The release stated further that in line with the provisions of the Lagos State Traffic Law 2012 all vehicles,including tricycles and Okada,must also abide by the restriction order.It however implored business premises in the area to ensure compliance so as to avoid the closure of their premises or sanction against their customers.The release expressed regrets for any inconvenience the action might cause residents,business owners and motorists in the area and its environ.One more photo below.
