 ‘I’ll turn off the mic’ — Remi Tinubu reins in Adeleke’s singing at Ooni’s anniversary First Lady Oluremi Tinubu cautioned Ademola Adeleke, the Osun state governor, for prolonged singing during his remarks at the 10th coronation anniversary celebration of Adeyeye Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife. The moment, captured in a now-viral video, occurred as the governor mounted the podium on Sunday to pay tribute to the monarch and to congratulate the Remi on her newly bestowed chieftaincy title, Yeye Asiwaju Gbogbo Ile Oodua. Rather than proceed immediately with his formal message, Adeleke, popularly known as the “Dancing Governor” for his spirited public appearances, burst into a short musical chant, drawing laughter from parts of the audience.                     According to sources,Taylor Swift will be opening the 58th Annual Grammy Awards on February 15 in Los Angeles.According to Daily mail,the Recording Industry Association of America first revealed that the singer will be hitting the stage on their official Twitter page on sunday.''I's true,Taylor Swift will return to the Grammy stage for a perfomance at the 58th Grammys!''.USA Today has now revealed that the singer will be the show's opening act,with her first song thought to be from her album 1989.Taylor Swift us nominated fr seven Grammy Awards,including the coveted Album of The Year as well as Besr Pop Vocal Album for 1989.Her hit,Blank Space,is nominated for both Record of The Year and Song of The Year.The Last time Taylor performed at the awards show was in 2014,singing her hit,All Too Well,from her Red album.Last week,the Grammys revealed additional perfprmers including Rihanna as well as Justin Bieber,who will be performing ''Where Are U Now'' with Skrillex and Diplo.More photos below.
