 Dangote tells wealthy Nigerians to stop buying Rolls-Royce Africa’s number one billionaire and Chairman of Dangote Group, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, has called on wealthy Nigerians to redirect funds currently spent on luxury items such as Rolls-Royce cars and private jets into establishing industries that drive economic growth and create employment opportunities. Speaking after a meeting with President Bola Tinubu at Aso Rock Villa on Saturday, Dangote lamented the culture of extravagant consumption, stressing that the nation’s development depends heavily on the responsibility of local investors. “If you look at the Nigerian policy before, during the military, everybody from the president downwards used Peugeot 504. That was the highest. So, when a president is using 504, you cannot come as a commoner, as a businessman, or whoever you are, to be using Rolls-Royce,” he said. A CAR BOMB EXPLOSION IN TURKEY TODAY,KILLED 4 POLICEMEN & INJURED MANY CIVILIANS.

                    According to sources,a car bomb attack killed four Turkish police officers and wounded 20 other people in the southeastern city of Dyarbakiir today thursday.The attack targeted a minibus carrying members of the police special forces,a security source said,adding that civilians were also among the wounded.The explosion hit the vehicle as it passed near a bus station in Diyarbakir.There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.A PKK ofshoot has claimed two car bomb attacks this year in the capital Ankara.One more photo below.
