 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. GUNMEN ATTACKED A POLICE STATION AND A BANK,YESTERDAY IN BAYELSA STATE.

Militants sack police station in Bayelsa                                                           Suspected armed militants launched an attack on a police station and a branch of the United Bank for Africa {UBA} in Amasoma,Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.It was gathered that the gang of militants stormed the community through the waterways at about 1am yesterday friday.Shortly after arriving on a speedboat,they were said to have moved straight to the police station located in the area and engaged the police in a gun duel.The bandits who reportedly overpowered the policemen,carted away arms and ammunition from the police station.The rampaging armed robbers later visited the UBA branch with rage shooting sporadically and creating panic among residents.It was gathered that the militants threw dynamites and other explosives at the bank to create access to the banking hall.After blowing off the fence of the bank,the hoodlums were said to have tried in vain to enter the bank..One more photo below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
