 Nothing k!lls a woman faster than single parenting” – Actress Bimpe Akintunde says as she sends message to men  Nollywood actress Bimpe Akintunde has spoken out on the ills of being a single parent. In an interview with Biola Bayo on her podcast Talk To B, she revealed that nothing kills a woman faster than single parenting. She stated that being a single mum isn’t something anyone prays for, but life happens as she noted how men are polygamous in nature. Bimpe admonished men to take responsibility whenever they put a woman in a family way. “Single mum isn’t what anyone prays for; there is nothing that kills a woman faster than single parenting. Men are polygamous in nature. Any man that puts a lady in a family way, whether knowingly or unknowingly, should take responsibility”. Bimpe further disclosed that whenever people meet her, they are surprised at how calm and nice she is, unlike her movie characters. POLICE ARRESTED THE PRIME SUSPECT,IN THE KIDNAP OF 3 GIRLS FROM A SEMINARY SCHOOL AT IKORODU.

                    According to the Nation Newspaper,the prime suspect in the abduction of three school girls of Babington Macaulay Junior Seminary {BMJS} Ikorodu,identified as Emmanuel Arikiti as pictured above have been arrested today.Last week monday,three female student were kidnap by some gunmen from the above mentioned school at Ikorodu.The AIG,who is in charge of Lagos and Ogun state,said that security agents in the neighbouring states had also been contacted to secure all routes.He assured that the police was closing in on the criminals.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up. Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
