 A 12-year-old Pennsylvania girl passed away, weighing only 50 lbs, DA states that she was "tormented and refused sustenance". Dad and girlfriend are charged. Malinda Hogland was rushed to a hospital on Saturday after her father, 52-year-old Rendell Hogland, called paramedics and claimed he found her unconscious and unresponsive. He claimed she had hit a tree while riding her bike. However, once at the hospital doctors provided a very different narrative. The Chester County District Attorney said doctors reported her as being "broken and barely alive". She weighed only 50 lbs and had half a dozen broken bones as well as bruises and organ failure.  Sadly Malinda passed away as a result of her mistreatment.  Police would launch an investigation that would uncover the sickening truth and lead to the arrest of Rendell and his girlfriend, 45-year-old Cindy Warren. 2 PEOPLE WERE SUSPICIOUSLY KILLED/COMMITTED SUICIDE TODAY,AT TEXAS AIR BASE.

                       Two people were killed in a murder/suicide at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio today friday that triggered a 90 minute lockdown at the facility,military officials and the Bexar County Sheriff's Office said.Military officials and the Federal Bureau of Investigation said the shooting was not an act of terrorism.Both victims were men and two weapons were found at the scene,Brigadier General Robert LaBrutta,Commander,Joint Base San Antonio,told news conference,adding they were not releasing further details on the victims at this time.The Air Force Times,an independent news outlet,citing internal Pentagon communications,reported that the commanding officer of the 331st K-9 Training Squadron at the base was shot buy an airman.LaBrutta said ''This morning we received one of those calls you never want to receive.Our hearts and prayers go out to the families that are going to be affected by this tragedy''.Adding that no other victims were found.LaBrutta said that after an initial report of a shooter,security officers rushed to the scene within three minutes.Both victims were found in an office.The incident took place at the Medina annex at the facility,where dog training takes place.The Federal Bureau of Investigation was called to assist and has taken the lead in the case,the sheriff's office said.More photos below.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours.
