Texas man arrested with 75 pounds of marijuana in luggage while flying to London, police say A Texas man was arrested at Miami International Airport after authorities found 75 pounds of marijuana in his luggage before he could board a flight to London. Harrison O’Neill Tiernan, 23, from Austin, was charged with cannabis trafficking. He was traveling to Heathrow Airport and had checked two suitcases for his British Airways flight. Inspectors discovered 65 vacuum-sealed packages containing a green, leafy substance later confirmed to be marijuana. U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers stopped Tiernan while he attempted to board the flight, and he acknowledged that the bags were his. Rescue efforts are still on going at Huruma in Kenya's capital Nairobi,after the collapse of a six storey residential building.At least 120 people have been pulled out from the rubble and at least 12 people have been confirmed dead.As the hours passed following yesterday friday building collapse,rescuers continued to hear sounds of hope.Voices off some trapped survivors called out from beneath the debris,terrified but still alive.The building housed about 164 one room apartments and 134 were injured,but it is still not clear how many people occupied the building at the time of the collapse.More photos below.
