 Anambra Govt Warns Against Purchase of Encroached Land at Trans-Nkissi By MaryAnn Chukwuma The Anambra State Ministry of Lands has warned members of the public against purchasing plots at TransNkissi Phase 1, behind the Federal Government Girls College, Onitsha, from persons claiming ownership on behalf of the Umuosodi family of Onitsha. The warning was contained in a public notice dated Sept. 28, 2026, with Ref. No. PS/ML/2026/CR/VOL.II/028 and signed by the Permanent Secretary, Mrs Nkeiru Mokwe, for the Commissioner. According to the notice, the Ministry became aware that persons alleged to be members of the Umuosodi family had invaded and commenced clearing portions of the land with the intention of selling them to unsuspecting members of the public. It said compensatory plots had been allocated to the family and other families in Onitsha before the current administration. 1 BOKO HARAM TERRORIST ARRESTED,15 HOSTAGES FREED,DURING THE NIGERIAN ARMY 7 VILLAGE CLEARANCE ON FRIDAY.{PHOTOS}.

                                                          As the ongoing clearance and rescue operation gained momentum,troops of 28 Task Force Brigade have successfully cleared enclaves of Boko Haram terrorists along Galtha Baba,Galtha Musa,B ulakurma,Shatimari,Chukruk,Bulangaje,and Disa villages.During the operation,one Boko Haram terrorist was captured alive and 3 motorcycles,bags of grains,their flags and uniforms were recovered.Other items incude suicide bomber's hijab,mobile phone and 1 Dane gun,as well as foodstufs and cooking utensils.The troops also rescued 15 persons that were held hostages by the Boko Haram terrorists in the area.Unfortunately,two armoured fighting vehicles {AFVs} entered an Improvised Explosive Device {IED}.However,the formation did not sustain any human casualty and the damage to the AFVs was minimal.The captured terrorist is being interrogated and would soon betaken to the relevant agencies for prosecution.-Colonel Sani Kukasheka Usman,Acting Director Army Public Relations.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
