 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. EDO STATE GOVERNOR,INCREASED MINIMUM WAGE FROM N18,000 TO N25,000,TODAY WORKERS DAY.

                  Today sunday,Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo state,who was addressing a rally organised by the Nigeria Labour Congress {NLC} and Trade Union Congress {TUC},to mark this year's Workers Day anniversary at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin,announced an increment from the present N18,000 minimum wage to N25,000.The Governor said ''With effect from today,the new minimum wage for government workers shall now be N25,000,and the new minimum wage will cut across board''.The workers who before the annoucement,expressed dissatisfaction over the poor welfare and seeming government's insensitivity to the welfare of its workers jumped for joy and happily marched in appreciation of the new minimum wage as announced by the Governor.One more photo below.
