 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. LWC,APPEALS TO THE PUBLIC TODAY ON DISRUPTION OF WATER SUPPLY IN LAGOS.

                               Lagos Water Corporation has appealed to the general public over the discomfort and inconveniences presently being experienced due to the disruption of water supply in some parts of Lagos metropolis.A statement issued today by the Corporation,noted that the disruption of water supply is due to shortage of gas in its Independent Power Plant {IPP} at Akute Intake and other water power plants as a result of current vandalization of gas pipelines in the Niger Delta Region of the Country.While noting that the shortage of gas has adversely affected the production as its various water facilities across the State,it maintained that the Corporation is current working relentlessly on an alternative power supply for its Waterworks.The statement therefore assured the public of the Corporation's commitment to providing uninterrupted water supply soon and urged them to bear with her as the problem will soon be rectified.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
