 NUT Protest : Wike Warns Against Politicising Insecurity The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has warned against politicising insecurity amid protests by the Nigeria Union of Teachers, FCT wing, over the killing and abduction of school staff and children in Oyo State. Teachers stormed the FCTA Secretariat in Abuja to condemn the killing of Michael Oyedokun and to demand the release of abducted pupils and teachers from Community High School, Ahoro-Esinle in Oriire Local Government Area. The FCT minister addressed the protesters on Tuesday, saying the federal government is on its toes working to secure the rescue of the schoolchildren and their teachers. Wike urged protesters to avoid turning the tragedy into a political issue and to give security efforts time to produce results. OBASANJO ADVISED FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TODAY,NOT TO REVIVE NIGERIAN NATIONAL SHIPPING LINE.

                        Ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo today monday gave the advice in Lagos in his address as Chairman of a two-day stakeholder's conference on the maritime industry.The formal president blamed the demise of the Nigerian National Shipping Line {NNSL}.H said ''NNSL had been liquidated,they tried Nigeria Unity Line,it collapsed.Nineteen brand new ships were specially built for Nigeria,e did not take delivery of some of them until i left office in 1979.When i came back in 1999,NNSL had been liquidated with all the 19 ships gone as well as the five ships in existence.two of the ships were missing for almost two years and it was discovered that one military man was using them all over the world and no accountability''.The former president urged the present administration to ''think out of the box and come up with what should be done to grow the maritime industry.Until NIMASA became a source of where people steal money,nobody knew too much about it.Before we tried to privatise Nigerian Ports Authority,I went to Singapore where you get your container within one hour of arriving the port.If we cannot perform like Singapore,we have to do better than what we are doing now''.One more photo below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
