 Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence. Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken.                                                     Queen Elizabeth's wedding and coronation dresses will be displayed together for the first time ever at the Summer Opening of the State Rooms at Buckingham Palace from 23 July to 2 October 2016 and at Windsor Castle from 17 September 201 to 8 January 2017,.Both dresses were designed by the great British couturier Sir Norman Hartnell.The wedding dress as pictured above was won by Princess Elizabeth for her marriage to The Duke of Edinburgh on 20 November 1947.When commissioned to design the dress,Sir Norman Hartnell set out to produce the most beautiful dress i had so far made.In 1947 Britain was still subject to rationing,so the Princess collected clothing coupons to pay for the dress.The Coronation dress as pictured below,was by Queen Elizabeth at Westminster Abbey on 2 June 1953.The dress is made of the finest white duchess satin,embroidered with national and Commonwealth floral emblems in gold and silver thread,encrusted with seed pearls,sequins and crystals.More photos below.
