 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. 2 OF QUEEN ELIZABETH'S DRESSES,HER WEDDING & CORONATION DRESSES WILL BE ON DISPLAY FROM JULY-OCTOBER.{PHOTOS}.

                                                    Queen Elizabeth's wedding and coronation dresses will be displayed together for the first time ever at the Summer Opening of the State Rooms at Buckingham Palace from 23 July to 2 October 2016 and at Windsor Castle from 17 September 201 to 8 January 2017,.Both dresses were designed by the great British couturier Sir Norman Hartnell.The wedding dress as pictured above was won by Princess Elizabeth for her marriage to The Duke of Edinburgh on 20 November 1947.When commissioned to design the dress,Sir Norman Hartnell set out to produce the most beautiful dress i had so far made.In 1947 Britain was still subject to rationing,so the Princess collected clothing coupons to pay for the dress.The Coronation dress as pictured below,was by Queen Elizabeth at Westminster Abbey on 2 June 1953.The dress is made of the finest white duchess satin,embroidered with national and Commonwealth floral emblems in gold and silver thread,encrusted with seed pearls,sequins and crystals.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
