NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. According to sources,on saturday during American musician 50 Cents Caribbean performance,sources said that 50 Cents had been warned not to curse during the performance but he went ahead to use cursing words ''MOTHER FUCKER'' which got him taken to the police station by cops and charged immediate.Not only 50 Cents but a member of his entourage was also held for using curse words.50 Cent had been booked to host the gig but the incident happened when he decided to treat the crowd to some songs.The rapper was due to leave the country on sunday but reports claim he was held until a court hearing on monday.As well as spending time in custody he's expected to have to cough out around £18,000.Rules in St.Kitts and Nevis prohibits swearing during concerts where young children may be present.Though the £18,000 might not be alot of money for him,but 50 Cents filled for bankruptcy a year ago.One more photo below.
