 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country. NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF RESIDENT DOCTORS,SUSPENDED IT'S NATIONWIDE STRIKE TODAY.

                 According to the President of the National Association of Resident Doctors {NARD},Dr Mohammad Askira,made the discosure today saturday in Abuja while briefing newsmen on the outcome of the association's National Executive Council meeting held yesterday friday.He said that the strike was suspended to enable the federal government implement the agreement reached with the association on or before July 14,adding that the doctors would resume work on July 27,He said that the meeting also resolved to review the progress of government intervention at the next NEC meeting of the association scheduled for July 25 to 30 in Keffi for appropriation action.Askira expressed gratitude to President Muhammadu Buhari for his promise to implement all the agreement reached between the association and the government.He commended the president for directing the Minister of Health to resolve the impasse in the best interest of Nigerians.One more photo below
