PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday. A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria. Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. He later served as Senior Special Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs and International Relations before he was appointed Minister of State for Foreign Affairs. President Muhammadu Buhari,returned from London today sunday at about 5.32pm where he was greeted by Members of the Federal Executive Council,Service Chiefs,Chief of Staff to the President,Abba Kyari and Inspector General of Police,Solomon Arase,were among those who welcomed him.Others at the airport were Governor Abdulaziz Yari of Zamfara,Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi and other government functionaries.Presidential Guards of Honour was also mounted by the Guards Brigade to welcome the president back home.President Buhari left Abuja on June 6 for a short vacation in London,where he used the opportunity to seek medical attention from a specialist on Ear,Nose and Throat {ENT} for treatment of a persistent ear infection.Welcome back Mr President.One more photo below.
