 Super eagles coach Eric Chelle has signed for a new sports agency to represent him henceforth.  Eric Chelle, head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, has signed with a new sports agency to represent him going forward.  The move is expected to strengthen his professional management and strategic engagements within the global football space.

SOMALIA COURT,RECENTLY SENTENCED 43 AL-SHABAAB MILITANTS TO DEATH.

                  Somalia court in the northern town of Garow has sentenced 43 Al Shabaab militants to death.At least 93 militants were arrested early this year during the heavy clashes with Puntland have been in prison for the last three months.Abdullahi Hersi Elmi,prosecutor of the court  said ''The court carried out the death penalty to 43 Al Shabaab militants in Garowe town today,54 other Al Shabaab militants remains in prison because they are young.These militants were arrested during the fighting in Nugaal and Mudug regions in March and April''.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
