 Judge rejects Amy Winehouse's father’s lawsuit over sale of singer’s personal items  A London judge has ruled against Mitch Winehouse in a legal dispute over the sale of personal belongings once owned by his late daughter, singer Amy Winehouse. Mitch Winehouse, who serves as the administrator of the singer’s estate, brought the case against Naomi Parry and Catriona Gourlay, alleging they improperly profited from the sale of her memorabilia. He claimed the pair had no right to sell the items and did so without his knowledge, arguing they should not have benefited from the auctions. Amy Winehouse died in 2011 at the age of 27 from alcohol poisoning at her home in London, bringing an end to a career that made her one of the most recognizable voices of her generation. The dispute centered on roughly 150 personal items, including clothing, accessories, and stage pieces such as dresses, shoes, scarves, earrings, and handbags. EFCC ARRAIGNS A CONTRACTOR TODAY IN ABUJA,FOR N2.4 BILLION 'ONSA' CONTRACT SCAM.{PHOTOS].

                 The EFCC today friday,July 15,2016 arraigned one Olugbenga Obadina alongside his company,Almond Projects Limited,before Justice Nnamdi Dimgba of the Federal High Court sitting in Maitama,Abuja on an eight-count charge bordering on criminal breach of trust,corruption and money laundering to the tune of N2.4billion.Obadina allegedly collected a sum of N2,417,000,000.00 {two billion,four hundred and seventeen million naira},paid into his company's account in tranches,between 2014 and 2015 from the account of the Office of the National Security Adviser,ONSA,under Col. Sambo Dasuki {Rtd} without contract award.The offence is contrary to Section 15 {2}, {d} of the money laundering {prohibition} Act 2011 as amended in 2012 and punishable under Section 15 {3} of the same Act.Justice Dimgba,after argument by both the defence and prosecution counsels,adjourned to July 18,2016 for ruling on the bail application and ordered the accused person to be remanded in Kuje prison custody.More photos below.
