Prince Harry leaves African Parks board after charity admitted rangers committed human rights abuses Prince Harry has left the board of African Parks after nearly a decade with the conservation charity, a year after the organization acknowledged that some of its rangers had committed human rights abuses. A spokesperson for Harry, 41, confirmed his departure while emphasizing that his work in African conservation will continue. “The Duke is proud of his 10 years with African Parks and fully supports the ongoing strengthening of its Board,” the spokesperson said. “His commitment to conservation in Africa continues, and he remains a supporter of African Parks’ mission.” Harry first partnered with African Parks in 2016 and became president of the organization the following year. Moshood hails from Ilorin South of Kwara State,a proud holder of B.Sc in Political Science from Ahmadu Bello University,Zaria,Kaduna State.He was once a Police Public Relations Officer Federal Capital Territory Abuja Command,the position which earned him Commissioner of Police commendation letters for diligent and excellent performance.He attended several courses within and outside the Country few of which are Crime Prevention of Korea Police,At Police Training Institut,Seoul South Korea,Training Course on Anti-Hojacking Techniques and Tactics for Developing Countries at Special Police Academy,Beijing,China.He is also a member of Africa Business School Abuja and Associate Fellow of Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria.The officer has served in various capacities in the Nigeria Police Force as DPO Central Area Abuja between 2012-2013 among others,until his recent appointment was the Chief Superintendent of Police in charge Department of Finance and Administration,FCT Abuja.He has since assumed duty as the Deputy Force Public Relations Officer for the Nigeria Police.
