 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. LIONEL MESSI,SENTENCED TO 21 MONTHS IN PRISON TODAY FOR TAX FRAUD LIKEWISE HIS FATHER.{PHOTOS}.

                          Today wednesday,Argentina and Barcelona footballer Lionel Messi has been sentenced to 21 months in prison for tax fraud.According to BBC,his father,Jorge Messi,was also given a jail term for defrauding Spain of £3.5 million {$4.5m} between 2007 and 2009.They are also facing millions of euros in fines for using tax havens in Belize and Uruguay to conceal earnings from image rights.However,neither of them is expected to serve time in jail.Under the Spanish system,prison terms of under two years can be served under probation.The footballer and his father were found guilty of three counts of tax  fraud in wednesday's ruling by the court in Barcelona.As well as the jail terms,Messi was fined about £2m and his father £1.5m.They made a voluntary £5m ''corrective payment'',equal to the alleged unpaid tax plus interest,in August 2013.The sentence can be be appealed against via the Spanish Supreme court.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
