 71-year-old landlord arrested for impregnating tenant’s teenage daughter The Ogun State Police Command said it had arrested a septuagenarian landlord, identified simply as Adesina, for allegedly defiling and impregnating his tenant’s 14-year-old girl (name withheld) at Akegbeyale Street in Ifesowapo Akute, Ifo Local Government Area of the state. PUNCH Metro learnt that the residents and other tenants were thrown into a state of shock when the septuagenarian suspect was found on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, having sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old girl at about 10:15 pm in the house bathroom. The minor, according to a police source who was part of the team that arrested the 71-year-old suspect but was not permitted to speak for the command, was said to have made her way to the apartment’s bathroom to take a shower. MERCEDES-BENZ,HAS REVEALED ITS SELF DRIVING 'FUTURE BUS',#NO DRIVER.[PHOTOS}.

                   Mercedes-Benz has revealed its self-driving 'future bus' which it says will be the local public transport of the future.The bus runs without the need for a driver.It uses Daimler's City Pilot technology which includes 10 cameras and long and short-range radar systems which help the bus to find its position on the road,and interact with its surroundings.The City Pilot technology integrates the bus with the city's traffic light systems network and has an automatic braking system.The bus will be divided into three zones-a 'service zone' at the front,an 'express zone' in the middle for passengers travelling short distances,and a 'lounge zone' at the back for those staying on for a longer stay.The bus has been tested on a 12 mile {20km} route through Amsterdam in the Netherlands,where it performed without any problems-although there was a driver in the place in case of emergency.More photos below.                                                                                                                                                        NO DRIVER.{PHOTOS

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
