Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply.                                                       Taylor Swift took to her social media to post that picture statement below few hours ago which she captioned ''That moment when Kenya West secretly records your phone call,then Kim posts it on the internet''.The picture statement reads ''Where is the video of Kanye telling me he was going to call me 'that bitch' in his song?.It doesn't exist because it never happened.You don't get to control someone's emotional response to being called 'that bitch' in front of the entire world.Of course i wanted to like the song.I wanted to believe Kanye when he told me that i would love the song.I wanted us to have a friendly relationship.He promised to play the song for me ,but he never did.While i wanted to be supportive of Kanye on the phone call,you cannot 'approve' a song you haven't heard.Being falsely painted as a liar when i was never given the full story or played any part of the song is character assassination.I would very much like to be excluded from this narrative,one that i have never asked to be a part of,since 2009''.More photos below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
