  🇳🇴 Daniel Daga Sentenced by Norwegian Court, Appeals Verdict Molde FK midfielder Daniel Daga has been sentenced to six months in prison by a Norwegian court after being found guilty of committing a sexual act without consent. The Nigerian midfielder joined Molde FK from Enyimba just a year ago as one of the promising young talents to move from the NPFL to Europe. However, Daga has appealed the ruling through his lawyer, meaning the decision is not yet legally final and the case will continue through the Norwegian judicial system. Molde FK have also confirmed that the midfielder will not be included in the club’s matchday squad until further notice while the legal process continues.

THE NIGERIAN MAN WHO WAS BEATEN TO DEATH IN ITALY LAST WEEK,HAS BEEN LAID TO REST.{PHOTOS}.

                         The Nigerian refugee who was beaten to death in Italy has been laid to rest.Hundreds of people,including several Italian dignitaries,attended Emmanuel Chidi's funeral in the town of Fermo.The 36 year old was murdered last week,in an allegedly racit-motivated attack.Chidi had apparently tried to defend his wife,who had been insulted by a local football fan.He was so badly beaten that he fell into a coma,and died in the hospital.Nnamdi Emmanuel Chidi and his wife Chinyere who applied for asylum in 2015 against Boko Haram,was beaten to death on tuesday by Amedeo Mancini,a local farmer,a man that had been banned from public sporting events for violent behaviour.The couple was walking near the seminary where they lived and 35 year old Mancini,sitting on a bench by the street with a friend,started shouting racist insults and called Chinyere an ''African Monkey''.Apart from Nnadi who was beaten to death,his wife Chinyere is severely injured,although doctors say she will recover.Mancini has been arrested on charges of murder.May his soul rest in peace,Amen.More photos below.
