 Super eagles coach Eric Chelle has signed for a new sports agency to represent him henceforth.  Eric Chelle, head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, has signed with a new sports agency to represent him going forward.  The move is expected to strengthen his professional management and strategic engagements within the global football space.

                  An experimental solar-powered plane is seen heading to Egypt on the last leg of its round-the-world trip.The Solar Impulse-2 touched down in Spain,after an unprecedented three-day flight across the Atlantic from New York.It's the first time a solar-powered plane had made such a journey using zero fuel and zero emissions.The aircraft's wings are wider than those of Boeing 7-4-7 and are equipped with 17 thousand solar cells,which power the propellers and charge batteries.At night the plane operates on stored energy.The round-the world trip began in March 2015 in the United Arab Emirates.More photos below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
