 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.                        A Brazilian women's rugby sevens player has become the first athlete to receive a marriage proposal at the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games.25 years old Cerullo was a member of the Brazil squad who finished ninth in the inaugural Olymoic outing for sevens.After the medal ceremony following the first women's rugby sevens final in Olympic history on Monday had ended,Marjorie Enya,28 and a manager at Deodoro Stadium asked Cerullo to marry her.Speaking to BBC,Enya said she had not been nervous about popping the question so publicly to her partner of two years,insisting ''She is the love of my life''.More photos below.
