 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. FROM TODAY 1ST-6TH OF AUGUST,THE NIGERIAN ARMY WILL BE SHOWING A DOCUMENTARY ON THEIR FIGHT AGAINST TERRORISM & INSURGENCY.{SCHEDULE BELOW}.

                           In order to keep the public informed of its activities especially as regards to the fight against terrorism and insurgency,the Nigerian Army has produced six parts documentaryof thirty minutes each which is scheduled to be broadcasted on Nigerian Television Authority {NTA}as follows:

1. Monday 1st August 2016 from 2230-2300hrs {10.30-11.00pm}Episode I-The Accomplishment of a Presidential Mandate {Restoration of Normalcy}.

2. Thursday 4th August from 1830-1900hrs {6.30-7.00pm}.Episode II-Rising To The Challenges of a Presidential Mandate {Turning The Tide Against Boko Haram Terrorists} Part 1.

3. Saturday 6th August 1430-1500hrs {2.30-3.00pm}. Episode III which is Part 2 of Episode 11.Please tune in and see how the Nigerian Army is doing the nation proud;by defeating Boko Haram terrorists and defending our territorial integrity.-Colonel Sani Kukasheka Usman,Acting Director Army Public Relations.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
