 Super eagles coach Eric Chelle has signed for a new sports agency to represent him henceforth.  Eric Chelle, head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, has signed with a new sports agency to represent him going forward.  The move is expected to strengthen his professional management and strategic engagements within the global football space.

             The Philippines Jail built to hold 800 inmates,brimming with 3,800 inmates Quezon City Jail near the country's capital city Manila must be one of the Most congested jails in the world.Photographer Noel Celis of AFP exposed the overcrowding in the jail with his photos.However,AFP reports that the Philippines government is preparing new facilities in other areas.Philippines has recently embarked on the president's anti-drug campaign which has led to the arrest and death of many drug dealers.Phelim Kine,the deputy Asia Director at Human Rights Watcg to the Rime said ''There has been a sharp increase in suspected drug dealers and users who are surrendering themselves to authorities because they are afraid they are going to get killed next...They actully see prison as a safe haven''.More photos below.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
