 Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence. Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken. INDEPENDENT PETROLEUM MARKETERS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA,SEEKS SUPPORT FROM THE POLICE FORCE.{PHOTOS}.

                       The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria {IPMAN} led by the BOT chairman,Alhaji Aminu Abdulkadir on 18th of August 2016 paid a courtesy visit to the Inspector General of Police Ag.IGP Ibrahim K. Idris NPM mni and his management team at the police force headquarters Abuja.
2. In his remarks,the BOT chairman of IPMAN Alhaji Aminu Abdukadir congratulated the IGP on his appointment and said they aare indeed privileged to meet with the IGP and his management team.He lauded the IGP's appointment and promised that IPMAN will continue too partner with the Nigeria Police Force.
3. He further informed the IGP that recently,the association had internal crisis which were later resolved through the intervention of the Ministry of Petroleum Resources and other stakeholders.He assured the IGP of IPMAN's Collaboration with the Nigeria Police Force to check the activities of pipeline and oil installations vandals, illegal bunkering and diversion of petroleum products.
4. The President of IPMAN,Chief Obasi Lawson commended the IGP and Nigeria Police Force for its giant strides in curbing crimes and criminality,most especially violent crimes which have witnessed a drastic reduction since the IGP's appointment.He promised to use the instrumentality of IPMAN to assist the Police check pipeline vandalism.
5. In his response,the Ag,IGP  Ibrahim K. Idris appreciated the visit and thanked the executives of IPMAN for the courtesy call.The IGP expressed his determination to implement core values in policing with accountability and responsibility throughout the country.He assured the Association that pipeline vandalization across the country is being tackled accordingly.
6. He also acknowledged the efforts of the BOT Chairman and his team in resolving the internal crisis within the Association amicably.The IGP assured the Association of continuous police supports to further strengthen the existing cordial relationship between the two organization
