 Be Attentive to Your Husbands, Families - Catholic Cleric Urges Mothers on Mother's Day By Ifeyinwa Ogwo Rev. Fr. Francis Oranye, Parish Priest of St. Thomas Aquinas Parish in Awka, urged mothers to give serious attention to their husbands' needs, just as they do for their children, emphasizing that husbands are also part of their responsibilities. He pointed out that some family issues stem from mothers not taking time to consider their husbands and ensuring their well-being. "Some mothers do not communicate with their husbands and prefer to connect only with their children, neglecting their husbands' faith. Can you openly condemn children who do wrong if they contribute more to the family?" he asked. He encouraged mothers to show care and interest in their husbands. ORGANISERS OF FESTIVAL OF INDIA,DEMANDS FOR THEIR N7M FROM DAVIDO,FOR NOT PERFORMING.

                            23 year old David Adeleke popularly known as ''Davido'',who was advertised to be among the artistes to perform at the Festival of India,which took place in Lagos last saturday,was conspicuously absent and his absence did not go down well with some guests who obviously wanted to see him in action.The organisers confirmed that Davido was indeed invited and the chief organiser,Rosiji,also confirmed this.The concert organizer says Davido was paid the sum of N7 million to perform but informed them on friday night,just a day to the event that he was indisposed..Yesterday,the show's organisers reached out to his lawyers in hopes of getting a refund for the fee said to have been paid.So far,Davido or his managers are yet to respond to queries by journalists.One more photo below.
