 PRESS RELEASE NAF MOURNS 25 LIVES LOST IN NAF 931 AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT The Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke, has expressed profound condolences to the families of the personnel and passengers who lost their lives following the accident involving Nigerian Air Force (NAF) ATR 42 aircraft, NAF 931, in the Igbokoda area of Ondo State. The CAS described the incident as a deeply painful moment for the Nigerian Air Force and the nation, expressing heartfelt sympathies to the families, loved ones and colleagues of those who lost their lives. He assured the bereaved families of the Service’s full support during this difficult period. NAF 931 had 25 persons on board, comprising five crew members and 20 passengers. The aircraft was on a routine mission from Benin to Lagos when the accident occurred.                     Lagos State Governor,Mr Akinwunmi Ambode today tuesday said the largest single line refinery in the world being developed at the Lekki Free Trade Zone {LFTZ} by Africa's richest man and business mogul,Alhaji Aliko Dangote is another confirmation that Lagos is a prime investment destination,saying that the project will positively change the face of oil and gas business in the West African region.Governor Ambode,who spoke at the LFTZ during an extensive inspection tour of the Dangote Refinery by the Togolese President.Mr Faure Gnassingbe,said the refinery eloquently attests to the fact that there is a positive investment climate in Lagos which has resulted in massive investor confidence.'#The Governor said ''This investment {Dangote Refinery} is one of the biggest in Africa today and will have a huge impact on the economy of not only Nigeria but the whole of West Africa region.This refinery,when completed,will be the largest single line refinery anywhere in the world refining 650,000 barrels of crude oil daily.Apart from creating jobs,this refinery will contribute immensely to solving the fuel supply challenge in the West African region''.The Governor expressed satisfaction with the level of work done on the project so far,saying that he was happy that a lot of progress had been made.He commended Dangote for his vision,doggedness and unwavering desire to contribute positively to the growth of the Nigerian economy,as well as his confidence in the Lagos economy.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
