 71-year-old landlord arrested for impregnating tenant’s teenage daughter The Ogun State Police Command said it had arrested a septuagenarian landlord, identified simply as Adesina, for allegedly defiling and impregnating his tenant’s 14-year-old girl (name withheld) at Akegbeyale Street in Ifesowapo Akute, Ifo Local Government Area of the state. PUNCH Metro learnt that the residents and other tenants were thrown into a state of shock when the septuagenarian suspect was found on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, having sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old girl at about 10:15 pm in the house bathroom. The minor, according to a police source who was part of the team that arrested the 71-year-old suspect but was not permitted to speak for the command, was said to have made her way to the apartment’s bathroom to take a shower. A MAN WHO ALLEGEDLY KILLED HIS BOSS IN AJAH LAST MONTH,HAVE BEEN ARRESTED BY THE POLICE.{PHOTO}.

     According to sources,the Lagos State Police Command has arrested one Tanko Abdulateef,a 22 year old house guard who allegedly killed his employer,Mrs Mabel Mba Okafor in Ajah area of Lagos,last month.The suspect was alleged to have killed her boss in Ajah on the 17 of August,2016.The suspect,who was arrested from his hiding in Bali,Taraba State,was said to have stabbed the victim in the stomach and left her stomach ripped open.It was also gathered that the suspect took away valuable items from the victim including three phones,trinket and a lot of cloths,all of which were recovered from him.When contacted,Public Relation Officer of the State Command of the Nigerian Police,Dolapo Badmos confirmed the arrest,adding that the suspect would be charged to court after conclusion of investigation.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
