 Putin woos African leaders at showcase summit, says Russia is better partner than 'colonial' West President Vladimir Putin told African leaders ​on Wednesday that Russia was their best partner, accusing what he cast as a colonial West of still trying ‌to exploit the continent's resources and using debt to hold back development, Reuters reported. The Kremlin chief was speaking at the third Russia-Africa Summit in Moscow, a two-day event attended by African leaders and government delegations from 48 countries, during which he will hold one-on-one talks with many of the 22 individual African leaders ​attending on everything from trade to security, arms deals and grain supplies.                Am usually not in a hurry to break a news that i am not sure of i must investigate it before i publish.There is a new twist to the story of the woman who innocently posed in her wedding with a mannequin and it was assumed that she used the mannequin to represent her husband who is based abroad.The real truth behind this picture is that her husband was actually in the marriage and her cousin Ogo Marilyn OmoAfrica Anona who gave the update wrote ''About the photo that went viral .This is my cousin and her traditional wedding picture went viral yesterday...Well the picture started trending because people thought she was getting married to a mannequin and the husband was absent so the mannequin stood in his place.But that is not true..So to be clear eeh,Her husband was at the wedding in Person as the picture below depicts...The mannequin was just a decoration {I do know the purpose of that kind of deco}..And as part of the people that shared the picture {Without knowing she is my sister},I want to apologize to her for the hurt and pain this have caused her and other family members}.More photos below.
