 Anambra Govt Warns Against Purchase of Encroached Land at Trans-Nkissi By MaryAnn Chukwuma The Anambra State Ministry of Lands has warned members of the public against purchasing plots at TransNkissi Phase 1, behind the Federal Government Girls College, Onitsha, from persons claiming ownership on behalf of the Umuosodi family of Onitsha. The warning was contained in a public notice dated Sept. 28, 2026, with Ref. No. PS/ML/2026/CR/VOL.II/028 and signed by the Permanent Secretary, Mrs Nkeiru Mokwe, for the Commissioner. According to the notice, the Ministry became aware that persons alleged to be members of the Umuosodi family had invaded and commenced clearing portions of the land with the intention of selling them to unsuspecting members of the public. It said compensatory plots had been allocated to the family and other families in Onitsha before the current administration.                                   According to Zee World,it was quite shocking for everyone to know that television's most loved couple Vivian Dsena {Vicky Jai Walia in The Promise} and Vahbiz Dorabjee have called it quit after three years of blissful marriage.Vivian and Vahbiz,who met each other on the sets of Pyaar Kii Yeh Ek Kahaani in 2010,married in 2013.The couple separated some time ago and their fans have refused to accept the fact.However,Vivian Dsena recently opened about his failed marriage with Vahbiz.The television star said that he and Vahbiz wre married for three years and are matured enough to decide what is best for them.While neither of them has spoken or revealed the reason behind their separation,speculations and sort of reports were doing rounds that Vahbiz's closeness with a male friend has created the tension between the golden couple but there is no truth to these reports.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
