 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. EFCC ARRAIGNS EDO DEPUTY GOVERNOR'S BROTHER FOR N9.3 MILLION FRAUD.{PHOTO}.

                                                   The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,EFCC,yesterday monday October 17,2016,arraigned one Joseph Ovbokhan Odubu and his company,Even Handed Services Limited before Justice P.I Ajooku of the Federal High Court,sitting in Benin,Edo State on a 3 count charge bordering on forgery,uttering and obtaining money by false presence to the tune of Nine Million Three Hundred and Sixty Thousand Naira {N9,360,000.00}.Though when the charges where read to him,he pleaded not guilty.In view of his plea,the prosecution counsel,C.A okoli asked the court to fix a date for the commencement of trial and that the accused person be remanded in prison custody.However,counsel to the defendant,Osama Idehen made an oral application for bail which was refused by the court as she was asked to file a formal application.Justice Ajoku adjourned the case to November 22,2016 for trial and ordered that the defendant be remanded in prison custody.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
