 Set designer Mary Kate Golding found dead in Queens home as police investigate possible murder-suicide Police are investigating the deaths of television set designer Mary Kate Golding and her husband after the 34-year-old was found fatally stabbed inside her Queens home. According to the New York Police Department, officers responded shortly after midnight on Tuesday, July 21, to a residence in Astoria, where they found Golding with a fatal stab wound to her back. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Several hours later, at about 6:39 a.m., officers responded to a separate 911 call reporting an unconscious person near Astoria Park South and Shore Boulevard. Police found an unresponsive man in the park, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. An NYPD source identified the man as Joseph Azzaretto, Golding's husband. EFCC ARRAIGNS EDO DEPUTY GOVERNOR'S BROTHER FOR N9.3 MILLION FRAUD.{PHOTO}.

                                                   The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,EFCC,yesterday monday October 17,2016,arraigned one Joseph Ovbokhan Odubu and his company,Even Handed Services Limited before Justice P.I Ajooku of the Federal High Court,sitting in Benin,Edo State on a 3 count charge bordering on forgery,uttering and obtaining money by false presence to the tune of Nine Million Three Hundred and Sixty Thousand Naira {N9,360,000.00}.Though when the charges where read to him,he pleaded not guilty.In view of his plea,the prosecution counsel,C.A okoli asked the court to fix a date for the commencement of trial and that the accused person be remanded in prison custody.However,counsel to the defendant,Osama Idehen made an oral application for bail which was refused by the court as she was asked to file a formal application.Justice Ajoku adjourned the case to November 22,2016 for trial and ordered that the defendant be remanded in prison custody.
