 So Linus Williams (Blord) has been released from Kuje prison after fulfilling his bail conditions, finally, freedom after a few weeks in custody. However, here’s the current position of his case:  He is still expected to show up and stand his trial.  If he fails to appear in court even for one day, his bail can be revoked and a bench warrant may be issued against him, meaning a return to Kuje. If the prosecution cannot prove the charges against him, he will be discharged and acquitted. If the prosecution proves the charges, he may be sentenced and sent back to Kuje. I think he should seek a peaceful resolution to the case. Congrats to him on his freedom for now.

Image result for shailene woodley in jail                             According to sources,Hollywood actress Shailene Woodley is to stand trial in North Dakota early next year on charges related to her protest against the Dakota Access pipeline.Shailene Woodley was among the 27 activists arrested on October 10,2016 pleaded not guilty last week to criminal trespass and engaging in a riot.Court documents show Woodley's trial is scheduled January 25,2017 in the state court of Mandan.She could face two months in jail and $3,000 in fines if convicted of the two misdemeanors.The Standing Rock Sioux want construction of the $3.8 billion pipeline halted,saying it could taint water supplies and encroach on tribal burial sites.More photos below.
