 Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence. Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken. PASTOR ADEBOYE URGES FG TO EMULATE GOVERNOR OBIANO'S DIVERSIFICATION PROGRAMME.{READ}.

                  The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God {RCCG},Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to fulfill his economic promises to Nigerians.Adeboye said this while addressing a group of businessmen and women at the RCCG Headquarters,Ebute-Metta,Lagos.Speaking through his Assistant Overseer on Administration and Personnel,Pastor Johnson Odesola,Adeboye advised the government to borrow a leaf frm the Governr of Anambra State,Chief Willlie Obiano,who has been injecting funds into the state for rice production and other programmes that could turn things around for the state.He noted that agriculture was the main focus of the government before crude oil was discovered.According to him,people should go back to agriculture,while governments at all levels should also encourage people to engage in small-scale farming.He enjoined businessmen to conduct their affairs with the fear of God and also remember to always give God what belongs to him.One more photo below.
