 EFCC Arraigns Two, Company  for Alleged N560m Theft in Lagos ‎ ‎The Lagos Zonal Directorate 2 of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Monday, June 8, 2026, arraigned the duo of Olivia Dike and Azeez Muniru Siyanbola for an alleged N560,000,000,00( Five Hundred and Sixty Million Naira ) theft before Justice R.O. Oshodi of the Lagos  State High Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos.   The defendants were arraigned alongside a company, Eniafelamo Global Seven Nigeria Limited, on a three-count charge bordering on stealing to the tune of N560m. ‎ ‎One of the counts read: “That you,  Olivia Dike, Azeez Muniru Siyanbola, Eniafelamo Global Seven Nigeria Limited and one Taoheed Lekan Abdrahman (at large), between July, 2024 and February, 2025 at Lagos, within the jurisdiction of this honourable court, dishonestly stole and converted to your use the cumulative sum of N560, 000,000.00 (Five Hundred and Sixty Million Naira only), property of Peachland West Africa...

SHOOTING STARS DEFENDER ''IZU JOSEPH'',SHOT DEAD BY A STRAY BULLET IN BAYELSA YESTERDAY.{PHOTOS}.

  Image result for izu joseph                Izu Joseph,Shooting Stars defender was reportedly shot dead in his hometown of Okaki in Bayelsa state.According to the player's father,Joseph was hit by a stray bullet which was fired by troops battling Niger Delta militants yesterday sunday.Initial reports had it that Joseph was killed at a restricted area by soldiers on a raid,with his identity as a footballer only established after he had been shot.The powerful central defender joined Shooting Stars from Bayelsa United when the Ibadan club was still in the second-tier Nigeria National League.He was the man of the match at champions Rangers when Shooing Stars drew 1-1 this past season.The Sports Writers Association {SWAN} commented: ''It is indeed a great loss not only to 3SC but also to the football fraternity in Nigeria''.It urged the government to beef up security across the country to prevent a ''recurrence of the avoidable incident that claimed the life of our valuable footballer,Izu Joseph''.
