 Two APC aspirants withdraw from Anambra Gov primary election Ahead of the primary election of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Anambra scheduled for tomorrow, two of the aspirants have withdrawn from the race Sir Paul Chukwuma from Umueri, Anambra North and Chukwuma Umeoji from Aguata withdrew from contest on Friday. Chukwuma, who was one of the leading contenders for the APC ticket, proceeded to resign from the party He told party members that he will keep supporting President Bola Tinubu in the Renewed Hope Agenda in repositioning Anambra, despite leaving the party According to him: ” Mr President is not the problem of APC, but some of the unprogressive elements who don’t want the party to move forward. “I’ve resigned from the party by tendering my letter to the ward chairman of the party.
