 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country.                Yesterday wednesday the 2nd of November,2016 is the World Day For Safety of Journalist and a Symposium was organised by Dr Amaechi Chinyere yesterday LCCI Alausa Ikeja Lagos,in which the event was attended by Journalist all around Lagos Nigeria and some entertainers like myself {Pink Republic},Korede Bello,etc.Alot of issues were raised about the safety of Journalist and some photo journalist from various media house used the opportunity to table their challenges since the Lagos Police PRO Dolapo Badmos was present.I also made my own contributions and i was personally thanked by Korede Bello for not publishing a story that would have tainted his reputation.A message from the Secretary General of the United Nations Ban Ki Moon was read out to everyone by his representative.More photos below.
