 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.                       Mammoth crowd of the voting public in Ondo State graced the 2016 Governorship campaign flag off of the APC canditates.Rotimi Akeredolu,SAN.President Muhammad Buhari who was unavoidably absent {the President today was engaged with the swearing-in of the acting Chief Justice of Nigeria} was represented by the SGF.The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives,Hon Lasun Yussuf also attended.Governors of Ogun,Ibikunle Amosun,Sokoto,Aminu Tambuwal; Bauchi,Mohammed Abubakar,Borno,Governor,Shettima Kazeem ,Muhammadu Abubakar of Bauchi and Sam Otom of Benue State graced the occassion.Also,former Governors of Osun,Idiaka Adeleke; Ekiti,Niyi Adebayo and Segun Oni,among others were present.Former Speaker of Lagos State and Senator Olorunibe Mamora also attended.Also in attendance were not less than seven ministers.They are Adebayo Shittu {Communications}, Mr Usani {Niger Delta Affairs}, Dr Kayode Fayemi {Solid Minerals}, Chris Ngige {Labour},Prof Isaac Adewole {Health}, and Prof Claudius Daramola {Minister of State for Niger Delta Affairs}.More photos below

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
