 LSPHCB, SCI COLLABORATE TO STRENGTHEN CHILD IMMUNISATION The Lagos State Primary Health Care Board (LSPHCB) hosted a high-level delegation from Save the Children International (SCI), led by Country Director, Mr. Duncan Harvey, during an official courtesy visit to the board on Thursday, 17th September 2026. The visit comes as part of Save the Children’s global leadership tour in Nigeria to evaluate the impact of the BOOST Project (Better Opportunities for Optimal Services and Targeted Immunisation for Zero-Dose and Under-Immunised Children) and to align on strategic priorities for child health across the state. Welcoming the delegation, the Permanent Secretary, Dr. Ibrahim Akinwunmi Mustafa, expressed sincere appreciation to Save the Children International for their unwavering support, noting that while Lagos State remains one of the country's highest investors in health care and child nutrition, its unique demographic landscape demands continuous collaboration.                  Yesterday,The Queen,the Duke of Edinburgh,The Earl and Countess of Wessex,attended a Service of Thanksgiving at Westminster Abbey to celebrate the Diamond Anniversary of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award {DofE}.The service was also attended by 2,000 people,including Duke of Edinburgh Award holder Paralympic Gold Medalist Hannah Cockroft.The Earl of Wessex gave a speech and DofE Ambassador Jon Culshaw gave a reading.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
