  Tragedy Strikes As Promising Councillor Hon. Chukwuma Okpalauzuegbu Is Laid To Rest On Intended wedding Day  By Charity Ejiofor  A day that was meant to mark a joyful union has instead become one of deep sorrow for family, friends, and the Aguata community, following the sudden passing of Hon. Chukwuma Christopher Okpalauzuegbu, the councillor representating Amesi Ward. Hon. Okpalauzuegbu fondly known as Chuma, had been preparing to celebrate his wedding ceremony, an event filled with hope, promise and carefully laid plans. Loved ones, and sponsors, ready to stand beside him as he embark on a new chapter of life. In an unexpected and heart breaking turn of events, those dreams were cut short. F.H.C IN ABUJA ORDERED THE RELEASE OF SHIITE LEADER IBRAHIM EL-ZAKZAKY.{PHOTOS}.

Image result for ibrahim el-zakzaky                              According to sources,the embattled spiritual leader Shiites sec,Ibrahim El-Zakzaky,who has been in detention with his wife Zeatudden,have been ordered to be released by the Federal High Court,Abuja.The court presided over by Justice Gabriel Kolawole,ordered the government to free the duo unconditionally within 45 days.They have been in custody for one year following their arrest after El-Zakzaky followers  clashed with the military in Zaria,north central Kaduna state,causing the death of more than 300 Shiites.The court also ordered the Federal Government to provide a new accommodation for El-Zakzaky in Zaria or any northern town of his choice.The court also awarded El-Zakzaky and his wife N50 million as general damages.The court made the order while delivering judgement on a fundamental right enforcement suit El-Zakzaky filed against the government.The court dismissed government's position that the applicant and his wife were under ''protective custody''.The Shiite leader on the platform of Islamic Movement of Nigeria who has been in detention since December 14,2015,applied for the enforcement of his fundamental rights to life,personal liberty,dignity of human person,right to private and family life and private property.According to NAN,his arrest and detention followed a bloody clash between members of the sec and soldiers attached to the Chief of Army Staff,Major General Tukur Buratai,at Zaria,Kaduna State.More photos below.
