 STATEHOUSE PRESS STATEMENT PRESIDENT TINUBU'S MESSAGE OF CONDOLENCE TO CHIMAMANDA ADICHIE AND HER FAMILY   With a deep sense of grief, I condole with Ms Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, her husband, Dr Ivara Esege, and the entire family on the passing of their son, Nkanu Nnamdi.   As a parent myself who has suffered the loss of a loved one, no grief is as devastating as losing a child.   I empathise with the family at this difficult time, and I mourn this sad loss with them.   Ms Adichie is a literary icon who has brought joy and light to many homes globally, and I pray she and her family find strength in the Almighty in this trying hour.   My prayers are with the family.   Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Federal Republic of Nigeria January 8, 2026

Image may contain: 1 person                                Chinenye Genevieve who is based in Lagos,is known by all on social media to be a fashionista,and a makeup artist who is the founder of ''Ladies Standing Tall'',a platform on facebook that reaches out to women who are going through domestic violence.She is also one of our reporters for my blog and she shared with us how she travelled to Onitsha which turns out to be where her husband is from and infact am on the phone with her and she said she landed safely yesterday in Onitsha and she is currently frying chin-chin and chicken.
Question: How long are you planning to stay in the east this season?
Reply: For now an in Onitsha and I arrived here yesterday and I intend to stay here for 8 days.
Question: So what other activities are you doing tomorrow Christmas day?
Reply: Tomorrow after service i will cook,before going to GRA Onitsha to see my childhood friend and her family.
Question: How is the recession affecting your Christmas?
Reply: Recession did not affect my Christmas that much because i cut my clothe according to my size in terms of what I bought,And I was able to travel of which I do yearly.
Question: Do you have anybody or group of people you want to wish a Merry Christmas?
Reply: Yes I would like to wish my immediate family,friends and well wishers,facebook friends,and everyone that contributed and impact in my life positively a happy Christmas and new year in advance.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
